Fall. I wish I could give them no star.
Chime customer service is the worst, they don't provide any help and just hang up the phone on people w/o giving service.

There customer support agents are incompetent and liars
Poor customer service they lie about doing investigations into disputed charges and 99 percent of the time they pay the fraudulent charges at the expense of the customers
