Have been without our air conditioner since July 1st. The first technician they assigned to us no showed no called twice. The second one no shoes no calked, when we called that company they said they didn't have us on the schedule plus they don't work with home warranties. So, why would you give us the name and number not to mention tell us we have an appointment with a company that doesn't work with home warranties. We've wasted 12 hours waiting for technicians to show, plus not to mention numerous other hours on the phone trying to get asneers from them. The best they can provide is the reimbursement option where we find our own techician and they reimburse us ( yeah right, you'll probably deny it because it's not one if yours). Asked to have a manager call us, get a phone call, and was put on hold for a while before my husband hung up. Don't have a lot of time to sit on hold. It has been a nightmare getting our air conditioner fixed and being a month out, it's still not fixed.
