Choice Home Warranty

Not promote or advertise to homeowners about providing assistance if not done in a timely manner. What the issue was heat to wait 2 days for service?
I recently called about a minor electrical problem. I was told it could take a minimum of two hours to get a call but could be up to 24 or 48 hours. After four hours without hearing from them I called back to cancel. The person I spoke to said they scheduled me service Sunday at 2 two days after l called. I asked what if the problem required immediate attention. I was told they were not an emergency service. Why pay for service that doesn't provide help in timely manner plus there is a $60 dollar charge for someone to come.

Will never use agsin
Have been without our air conditioner since July 1st. The first technician they assigned to us no showed no called twice. The second one no shoes no calked, when we called that company they said they didn't have us on the schedule plus they don't work with home warranties. So, why would you give us the name and number not to mention tell us we have an appointment with a company that doesn't work with home warranties. We've wasted 12 hours waiting for technicians to show, plus not to mention numerous other hours on the phone trying to get asneers from them. The best they can provide is the reimbursement option where we find our own techician and they reimburse us ( yeah right, you'll probably deny it because it's not one if yours). Asked to have a manager call us, get a phone call, and was put on hold for a while before my husband hung up. Don't have a lot of time to sit on hold. It has been a nightmare getting our air conditioner fixed and being a month out, it's still not fixed.
