I started playing sweepstakes online on a website called Chumba Social Sweepstakes. You play for real sweepstakes entries and win real money . You also have to be verified before redeeming any winnings. I was verified last year. 2022. Seven days ago I won the jackpot of 24000 , I redeemed the winnings correctly, the process is suppose to have your sweepstake winnings first verified and reviewed before letting you receive your winnings to your bank account . It says in black and white on the website that it takes 1-2 days to be reviewed and processed. My winnings have been just sitting in pending status for over a week now . And every time I email support I get the same generic response and nothing changes . Resolution Sought Process my winnings I won fair and square, into my bank.

I am filing a complaint against Chumba Casino because i been trying to resolve a issue with them for over a year. I played they online games and they just blocked me, according to them that there is serval emails that i do not have the knowledge of under my name. They claim that I'm associate with those emails i told them i don't not have those emails then they claim that under one of those email address i filed disputes charges on my account,,,well i tried to reach out to them about that matter and actually told them that at that time my identied was stolen was willing to send them a police report and all but they was not trying to here that they just blocked me completely and now i can not play at all.. Resolution Sought I want my account back active
