    Horrible, Horrible, Horrible

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a terribly run company with people who obviously are incapable of doing their jobs. After not receiving a shipping confirmation after ordering jewelry from Bagatiba (who uses Church of Merch as a customer service outlet) I called regarding my order and was told to wait a few more days. After waiting a week I called again and was told that one of my items was out of stock and that was what was holding up my order. I told them I wanted a refund and was then told they would have to put in a "refund request" and it would take up to 10 days to get my money back. After waiting 10 days, I had yet to be refunded and was forced to call again. I was told that another refund request was put in without my knowledge a day before and may have been causing a hold-up but I believe it was just a ploy to buy more time. I was told then to call back in 72 hours if I had not received my money. A week later I called and was told that even though they had put the "refund request" in three weeks prior, they were working on the second one they created a week before. The customer service rep named Leroy made it seem as though it was my fault that the money had not been refunded because I did not wait the 10 days from the time they had put in the "refund request" even though the original one was made almost 25 days prior. Leroy kept repeating the same thing over and over saying that I needed to wait 10 days. After about 5 minutes of this, he said that he didn't know what I wanted him to do and that he was only the customer service rep and the "refund request" was under the Accounting Department of the company. Once I asked to contact the Accounting Department to see if they could be more helpful with my issue, I was told they are very busy and would be incapable of handling my complaints as they "are not customer service." Leroy was very nonchalant about my issue and made no move to help me in any way. I will never buy anything from this company or any other company that uses it as a customer service outlet. I have yet to get my money even though it has been a month dealing with this company. I'm not surprised by the other reviews of the company as they are completely accurate.

    Three months after payment I am still waiting......

    I ordered an item on Boxing day 2016.

    After more than 3 weeks my order was not sent, and my emails were ignored, so I lodged a case with paypal. Then they informed me that the item was being posted within a week. A month later I received an item... but not the same as the item I ordered. I contacted Church of Merch and was told to provide a photo of the item sent to me.... i did that.... and a second item was sent to me.... but the address was deemed "un-deliverable" so the item was returned to sender by the postal service. Now after 3 months of waiting the church of merch is saying my order has been delivered.... then said sorry for the mixup, can you send us a photo of the item sent to you!!!!!

    This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. This seller is so unprofessional, dealing with them is beyond a joke..... avoid dealing with this seller at all costs!

    I have now been waiting over 3 months and the seller is asking me to wait another 3 months for the return of the item they sent with an un-deliverable address before they send a replacement item..... I will not wait for more that 6 months to get the item I paid for..... will contact my bank and request the payment be reversed.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE

    You guys are probably the worst company ive ever worked with for merch and horrible at keeping the CUSTOMER informed on tracking and where about info I ordered a jacket under order number1911663 and still have recieved no info and when i called you some jack ass over the phone had this non shelaunt attitude towards the situation and treated me with the up most disrespect as well there were litterally no other agents that could take my call and on top of that when i asked for a manager "he went home for the day" unlikely because it wan only 1 pm gmt ..... I will be post ing this review and complaint of service so future customers see what their getting into...!!!!!

    TERRIBLE SERVICE

    I ordered an item on the 4th of December. Was ignored until I called them on the 18th and finally got my item shipped, and informed it wont arrive before christmas. Will never order through them again.

    Terrible company

    I ordered a shirt from Kill The Noise, an EDM artist. After 10 days of not receiving an email regarding confirmation, I sent a message in to Church of Merch inquiring information for a delivery date. A few days later, the company informed me that the item I had ordered was dis-continued. I asked for a refund, and now, 6 days later, they have STILL to write me back to correct the mistake. My money is in limbo, and when the shirt was dis-continued, the company made no effort, until I asked about it, to inform me that the design was no longer available. I would suggest that NO ONE uses Church of Merch. Terrible company and bad mistake on my part.
