Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Did not work well for me ....!

I have to agree with both reviews listed here. Buy high, sell lower, etc, etc. And yes, when i decided i didn't agree with their 'timing'/'technical' process, I, too, was told that i had not given them enough time. I gave them years!! Boy, it's hard to prove a negative, but they did not make money for me. I looked elsewhere to get better results at way less cost. I am much happier!!
