Evil and brainless.

I regularly visit the Ralph's attached to this parking structure. Upon entering I found that my daughter was sleeping in the back seat of the car, so tried to leave three minutes after entering. They would not let me leave the parking structure without waking my daughter to enter Ralph's to get validation. The parking valet named Luis was very rude and completely unhelpful even though I clearly explained the situation, had a time time stamped ticket and had a sleep child in the back of the car. He was aggressive, including telling me to back up my car (there was another car behind me) and hitting the side of the valet booth with a baton. I'll be following this up with the Owner and Ralph's executive management. I've also expressed my concerns to the Store manager on site.
