Evil and brainless.

I regularly visit the Ralph's attached to this parking structure. Upon entering I found that my daughter was sleeping in the back seat of the car, so tried to leave three minutes after entering. They would not let me leave the parking structure without waking my daughter to enter Ralph's to get validation. The parking valet named Luis was very rude and completely unhelpful even though I clearly explained the situation, had a time time stamped ticket and had a sleep child in the back of the car. He was aggressive, including telling me to back up my car (there was another car behind me) and hitting the side of the valet booth with a baton.

I'll be following this up with the Owner and Ralph's executive management. I've also expressed my concerns to the Store manager on site.

No stars if it were possible

I enjoy all the Wiltern Center, many great businesses in Ktown, except for this parking structure which I avoid at all costs. The owner, man named Alfonos, is one of the rudest people I have had the misfortune to know. A few weeks ago I parked to attend shop at the grocery store. I stayed about 45 mins at the exit I remembered that I had forgotten the validation. No biggie, $4 or $5 dollars, so I thought. This Alfonso, insulted me in a different language thinking I couldn't understand. He expected me to pay $20! He said because an event was going on and I didn't validate I had to pay the max. I simply didn't understand his logic but when you have dairy and fresh fruit in the heat I got tired of arguing. It's a shame that the surrounding businesses should lose customers because of one selfish and stingy person.
