never received item i was charged for.

Called numerous times. Was told they were getting new owner. Would credit my card. Never did. This was 10 mos. ago. Would never buy from this company again.

Unauthorized charges for no product

In the past, March 2014, I had ordered from them and was satisfied BUT when I ordered from them in December...they couldnt validate my address so I tried 5 times to call them and got hung up on. My card was charged 3x's for the product which they denied knowledge of and said I was wrong...I called my bank and stopped payment as they refused to call me. Well stupidly enough I gave them one more try on 1/6/2015 and they once again couldnt validate my address but took the amount for the product out of my account again! I tried to resolve this with them online and got the same answers as last time...I will be calling my bank this morning and stopping the charges ....again! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AS THEY ARE CON ARTISTS..TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DENIES IT AND HAS NO PRODUCT. NEW MANAGEMENT...ha!
