Rude and condescending!

I contacted Tommy, whom runs this business my Mother has a late flight and needed a ride to Ridgeville, it was late and no one could pick her up! She is a Senior citizen! He gave me info I gave it to my Mother, she called him set up a time and gave her flight info to Tommy! He was very nice! She then called and canceled one of our family members said they would pick her up! It was a forty dollar ride, and is on a fixed income! He thank her for calling back and canceling! But then texted her on the phone and told her to loose his number she wasted his time, and didn't need customers like her! She apologized, but he kept going on about it very rude and condescending! He talked about how great he was and successful and didn't need people like us! Will never use his service at that airport! Glad Mom didn't pray for the service! Not sure if there's anything you can do for his rudeness! Not sure he cares! Will never use his service at the airport!
