Incompetent company, took my money and ran in June July off 2022, never once called to try and resolve issues. Horrible customer service they send people that don't know how to measure and call them interior designers with no background education in the field, never once tried to call and resolve, only called from promotional department trying to sale me more unfinished work, she obviously didn't even report my number or name to her superior what kind of SHADY CO. Is this???? Resolution Sought Refund my deposit for no work rendered. Boards are already pre fabricated so no cutting was involved because they stated they had yet to resolve issue when they called to reschedule the night before they were supposed to be there the next morning. Poor service I want my money back!!

Upon signing the contract they promised a morning appointment. That day came and went and they didn't show up, I called they rescheduled and yet again didn't show I called to cancel the contract and they state that they do not do cancellations and I can either get the work done or lose the money I paid. Resolution Sought Refund in full for what I paid and the 2 days I missed from work and they didn't show.

Thank you I appreciate you finally reimbursing me, however as you well know time is also money and there is still the matter of the 2 days I missed from work and you failed to show. $43 per hour at 8 hours x 2 days = $688 owed.
