Staff was rude.

I've receive a visit just to find out doctor was not here twice. Staff was rude a sign placement charge of $10.oo charge if you are irritable or plain rude? I've never heard of this? Is this legal? by law? I was not seen by a doctor till third visit. I'm current asking for a initial first visit paperwork. She snap at me. Unprofessional. Be more respectful. Kind voice? properly explain herself.
