My move in date was 8/25/2023 for my address. I received a bill the has a balance due of $78.90 for 5 days of service. I do not believe the bill was pro rated to the days I was here. If it is a pro rated amount then the fact that this company is claiming $78 in used utilities is obserd. I did not turn on my heat one time. I live in this unit with 2 children. Conservice claims the billed amount is correct and stated a full month bill would be appropriately 6 times this amount. $480 is unreasonable. I asked for verification of charges a month ago and have not received them. I have asked REPEDEADLY for documentation of the charges and to verify the amount billed and I have stopped receiving any response from this company. I was corresponding with a Manager named Alexis via email and I have not reviewed a response to my request in 3 business days. My "bill" is now past due and I started this request well prior to the due date. Resolution Sought Conservice provides documentation of actual useage, and verification of charges on my account. An invoice that shows each charge and the amount I am responsible for. Ultimately individual meters for gas consumption. I am not responsible for what other units consume.

Since my Apartment complex hired these Criminals to bill residents my rent has dam near doubled. I'm being charged for payments I made for previous months, doubled payments for water and utilities and payments for what? I don't know! I can't get answers from the office or my office complex but We ( The Residents) are all aware that we're being Scammed. Please help us. Resolution Sought Fix my account. I would like Conservice out of business.
