This co should NOT be in business!!!!!!

NEVER EVER have I worked with such a incompetent rude co.
They don't care make you wait forever on the phone can NEVER get anything right!!! When you call in, the employees even say their co is terrible to you on the phone! They have to come out 3/4 time before they get anything right. We have to have this co because of are HOA!
I have never had a complaint about a co like this!!!!Wish there was a way out!!!
