Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Be made aware of what poor treatment and the absolutely disgusting way that their "Managers" handle their business and treat the customers.

I would like to file a complaint for the threats that were made to myself and my children by Keith the Store Manager at Continental Rental. I spoke with Keith's General Manager and they did absolutely nothing. Marty the General Manager began yelling and swearing at me on the phone while I was attempting to file a complaint with him. Now I'm hoping that this is where something could possibly be done about the terrible service and treatment from this business and their employees.
