Best HVAC Service Ever

We had a problem with our air conditioning system that started in April 2017. Our home warranty company sent another company to "fix" the problem. After multiple visits, the final straw was when they said they saw "signs of sparking the time they were out before" (May 2017) and I almost lost it. "Sparking" wasn't addressed when it was noticed!!!!! I called the home warranty after they left and the system failed again within 24 hours. I reported what I was told and refused to have them back.

That's when Cool and Cozy came out in June 2017! They were great! Professional, polite, and understanding of why I was upset. They fixed what the other company messed up and the original problem. The a/c is an older system. When it needs to be replaced, Cool and Cozy will be the ones to do it. A rough estimate was way better than any other quote we had been given.

If you are looking for honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and great people, call Cool and Cozy! I will not hesitate to have them back for any issues we might have.
