Dishonest

This company is very just honest I pay off my credit card every month until I had a dispute I called them up they told me to mail in my statement highlighted which I did they said they never received it then I fax them over all the paperwork and information they requested me to do and then they said they never received it I have the confirmation then I faxed it again to them and they said oh it's past the time I even sent them a letter from the merchants that said that they would cover it and they said they never received it but I have the confirmation again of it being faxed over I have witnesses and I've called over 62 times and there's nothing they will do and my credit is ruined it's ridiculous
