BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Some complainants allege unauthorized debits are taken from bank accounts prior to receiving a contract or services. Customers claim they are told that they could review the packages and cancel within ten days before the initial deposit would be deducted. However, customers claim the fees are deducted from their accounts prior to receiving the contract or program information. One customer claims the company states the fees are non refundable although the customer did not receive anything. Another customer claims after paying fees that creditors did not receive any proposals and as a result late fees have been incurred in addition to increased finance charges.

The company responds to one complaint by stating all calls are recorded and monitored and they follow strict guidelines regarding cancellations. The company claims they will gladly return the consumers money back after further investigation of any charge backs or late returns. Another customer received a refund after getting a charge back from the credit card company.
