Cricket wireless is a very misleading and unreliable company. While the employees at the local store appeared professional, they do not honor their services. Go to another phone company.

Cricket wireless let someone walk in their store and make changes to my account

Cricket wireless let someone walk in their store and make changes to my account and changed my pin to my account and was not able to get in it without me knowing or asking for my permission to get into my account. That's against privacy policy. Fire the guy that let this stranger in my account or close the business. How many other people did they let in other peoples account without their knowledge?
