Was provide a airfare and hotel certificate that I am unable to book. Resolution Sought I want a valid certificate.

Customer Choice Rewards is a mailing fulfillment center where we inventory travel incentives on behalf of our clients. When they have a customer that is to receive a travel voucher the customer sends us their order form that was given to them by our client and we mail the travel voucher out to them. The voucher includes all of the instructions as to how to redeem and book their travel through the booking Travel Agency - Vacation Advisor . Below is the information that we have on file for Ms. Rodriquez: 7/31/23 SMRN 1205727 7/13/2023 GEVC-GMG-DAL We show that Ms. Rodriquez's order form was received by us on 7/31/23 and her travel voucher was mailed out to her on 8/14/23. The number above is the unique Activation Code for the voucher that was sent to her. We have contacted Vacation Advisor and they do not show that her Activation Code has never been activated and they have had no communication from her. In the complaint Ms Rodriquez states that she paid $1059.00. She has not paid any money to Customer Choice Rewards or Vacation Advisor so we are not sure what she is referring to. If Ms Rodriquez has any further questions as to how to redeem her travel voucher she may contact Vacation Advisor at 386-252-2332.

To whom it may concern, As stated in my previous response, Customer Choice Rewards is simply the mailing fulfilment center that mails out the vouchers. The voucher that Ms. Rodriquez received includes all of the instructions and the phone number to the actual travel agency that books the travel. Mr. Rodriguez must follow the instructions included on her voucher. Customer Choice Rewards does not have any access to any information regarding the booking of her travel. Sincerely, Kris Hedstrom

I need my money refund they told me it's refundable amount. My self Dhruv I was visiting Miami just for boat ride the lady sale this plan . She told me it's refundable amount. But no one reply me I need my 40 $ back please. Resolution Sought By credit card.

Per our email communications: Dear Mr. Sachdev, This is Customer Choice Rewards, and we see that you registered your voucher on our website, but we did not receive any payment. If you had, the amount you would have paid us is $54.75 for the $29.95 refundable deposit plus $24.80 for the prepaid hotel taxes. We do not charge any $40.00 fee. Did you pay the $40.00 FRX? If so, you will need to contact them for the refund. Sincerely, Customer Choice Rewards
