I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service

I can help you with writing a complaint letter for store number 9721. Here is a possible draft that you can edit or use as a reference: To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your employees, Veronica, who works at night at the CVS Pharmacy located at 1401 S Baldwin Ave, Arcadia, CA 91007. I have been a loyal customer of CVS for over 10 years, but I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior from any of your staff. On several occasions, Veronica has treated me with disrespect and hostility. She has ignored my requests, rolled her eyes at me, snapped at me, and made sarcastic remarks. She seems to have a personal problem with me and does not care about my needs. I want to be apologized to or her fired or get a bit attitude

Have medications ready within 24 hrs of getting a new script sent to them, and for renewals have them filled within 24 hrs of the renewal date.

My problem is with the pharmacy. An important med was ordered 1/10 ~1600 from the hospital. This med is very important to the rhythm of my heart. I heard nothing from the pharmacy on 1/11, so at 1630 I went to the pharmacy. So this order has been at the pharmacy for 24hrs. The pharmacy tech said they were way behind but he would expedite this and it would be ready in 60-90 min. I returned at 1900 and again the med was not ready and there was no pharmacist on site. I told him this was an important med for me but he could do nothing. He said they would fill it tomorrow. I asked if it would be ready in the morning and he honestly said he had no idea. The service in this pharmacy has greatly declined in the last 6-8 mos. They appear to have much less staff and only one pharmacist on duty. The techs are filling the scripts but the pharmacist must review every medication filled. Why have they reduced staff and do they understand that some meds are very important to a persons health?
