Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Daniel Graves and ACT

We are a nonprofit organization - the California Jazz Foundation. We use ACT as our DataBase program; Daniel Graves is our representative. ACT is a powerful program and, as the Administrator of CJF, I use it on a daily basis. My first inter-action with Dan was in 2012 when I began working with CJF as its Administrator. I had never used ACT, and I needed some training. Since then, Dan has helped us on many occasions when we have issues and/or questions with the program. - primarily questions because we really have not had any "issues" requiring resolution. Dan have always been available to us; he is professional, competent, helpful, patient, and pleasant - in other words, a perfect representative. We can recommend Dan and his services without qualification.
