An essential part of my recovery

I became a client/resident of Day by Day living in April of 2017 after completing inpatient treatment. After years of substance abuse and 30 days of treatment it was strongly recommended by my counselors that I go into sober living. I grudgingly agreed to give it a try. I am now approaching 3 years of sobriety and truly believe that my time with Day by Day helped me to learn the life skills and structure I needed to achieve long term sobriety. The house itself was clean, comfortable and inviting. I was able to form friendships with the other residents that I believe will last a lifetime. I received continuous, loving support from the owners of Day by Day and still consider them to be positive role models in my recovery. I highly recommend Day by Day living to anyone looking to learn how to live a full and happy life in recovery.
