Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Do not give your money to these people!

I signed up with them for 3 yrs in 2012, paid up front. I just got a letter in the mail stating they were out of business and cancelling all their contracts. They sent our info to another company and when I called, I was told that I would not be getting my last years worth credit back because DCI claims I used up my entire $1300 premium cost on claims that I made. In two years I made 3 claims totalling $800, two of which was denied. I had to pay for the other two up front and get reimburse from DCI. And now, these people are screwing customers out millions of dollars and are getting away with it because there is no one governing what they do. Its legalized stealing/robbing. The company they sent my info to, offered me a new deal for a discounted fee. I said HELL NO!!! I will never use another home warranty company again!! EVER!
