DCM Remodel Specialties Was the contractor who finished the home we purchased and is under warranty for our roof and repair water damage inside. The leak has been improperly fixed and has continued to leak. Numerous attempts to reach Doug Malo have resulted in no contact. We have had to pay for the interior repair following An incomplete repair and since this the roof continues to leak. Resolution Sought Fix the roof leak and repay us for interior repair that was left incomplete.

We fixed her minor leak over a year ago. We have no idea who else may have been on the roof. Yes she contacted me and advised me of a leak. We fixed minor drywall damage over a year ago. We addressed the leak issue last week. We found no drywall damage this time. We found no bubbling or discoloration. Our home warranty expired this year. We do not warrant damage caused by other contractors or trades who may have been on her roof. While we were under no obligation, we addressed her minor problem this past week. I have photos should they become necessary. I find it interesting that she files this complaint but continues to reach out to us when she needs something. If our work was so bad, why did she buy the house we built? If our work was so bad, why reach out to us to fix it? She had talked about installing a patio cover. Did another vendor cause damage while they were up on the roof? I would like a summary of all trades who have visited the house and gone on the roof. We do not warrant thier damage.
