Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Her prices are a lot better than anybody else’s and she gets you in as soon as she can.

Dee's Tax Service are wonderful and excellent. She is always there for you and willing to help you with anything. Her work is very good and we have never had a problem. Dee is super and wonderful person. She is very professional. We have been using the service for 7-8 years. Her prices are a lot better than anybody else’s and she gets you in as soon as she can. I have called her out of the blue and she is right there to answer questions for me. I would recommend her to anybody.
