I want the casino to train the managers/staff in excellent customer service.
On 6/23/19 I went to order food from Smash Burger around 1:10am the cashier which was a older lady refused to take my order and told me they were close. I left and went to the pizza shop next to smash burger, while I was waiting in line to place my order at the pizza shop, I saw the cashier who told me they were close at smash burger taking orders from other customers, I then ask the cashier from the pizza shop if Smash Burger was close and he said "no they're open", I then went to the cashier at Smash burger and ask her why did she lie to me and I was going to speak to a manager because I felt discriminated against and she acted like she did not care about my concern. I then went to the receptionist at the casino front doors and spoke to a very nice older lady about my complain against Smash Burger, I ask her who can summit a complain to, she then call down a manager for me by the name of Ryan Henry. I then explain to Ryan Henry what happened to me and he said "he cant help me because the vendors at Del Lago Casino have nothing to do with the casino" I then ask Ryan Henry for his name and he pointed to his name tag I told him I was going to take a picture of his name tag because I needed it for my records and he push me and told me to get out of the casino, I never felt so humiliated and disrespected in my life. I attended the George Lopez comedy show on 6/22/19 and stood at the casino gambling and spending money and to get threaten from a manager like that is unacceptable.
