Employees are unprofessional

I have literally spent 1000's of dollars a year on transportation through this company. Only to be yelled at by drivers late too appointment screamed at by the owner of the company given attitude by discussing drivers and I don't make it to appointments or times faxes are mysteriously lost or don't show up at all. I made a call to have a time call to go to the gas station and then back home and was told even though I am a paying customer I cannot do that by a driver. I am tired of being treated as if I'm being screamed at by a cab company who's job it is to take people from point A to point B. I don't not see why this company is still in operation the owner runs the filthiest hotel in all of Auburn NY. The cabs have bed bugs and are constantly breaking down and her employees are unprofessional slobs. Please do something about this and get this company shut down. I would like for someone to shut this company and her filthy hotel down.
