Call rep was every unprofessional she was not compliant with my request to be transferred to a supervisor.

Azhanay an call rep was every unprofessional she was not compliant with my request to be transferred to a supervisor. Was told the line was busy and could not wait on hold. Call back. She had the most terrible attitude for a call rep. I'm a call rep as well and these calls are to be revot. So 2/26 @ 4:34 pm she should have been recoreded. She should be fired for mislead information and unprofessionalism. Fire her!
