Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excessive phone calls made to my phone number. I do not give my credit card info. over the phone to anyone I don't know. I want the calls to cease. This is phone HARASSMENT by them.
