Hired Doobek for a large addition of about 850 sqft two stories + outdoor living area aprox in Oct 2015. Still waiting for...

Signed a contract with Builder to elaborate architectural/engineering plans and get approval by all city departments to start construction about 12 months afterwards. It's been almost 20 months since and we still haven't been able to start construction. Builder showed an enormous lack of follow up and follow thru with very poor communication even by receiving timely and complete payment as per contract schedule.
