message disappears

More than a couple of times, when I have carefully written a message in a Doozy card, my message disappears, last time when I was trying to save it in case it disappeared! I have never been able to retrieve a message. This issue is going to keep me from using Doozy cards in the future.

What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. My experience in resolving the problem with dozy cards was good. The company responded and resolved the situation.
