The original complaint went to Customer Service Manager, P. O. Box 93835. Las Vegas Nevada 89193 and explanation of how it happened. I never received any response. My card member is #******8886. Please delete ASAP. Address: 9625 WEST RUSSELL ROAD #2019, LAS VEGAS 89148. Resolution Sought REFUND.

04/14/2021 around 4:30pm -5:30 pm I was at location St Rose & Maryland Park Way Dotty's #42 I won a Jack Pot $1,447.00 on UI machine slots the bear game betting $3.20 a hand I was on Free play when I hit. The lady that was there cashed me out older white lady. she reset the machine I go back to my game I hit but it's not paying me I stopped and called the clerk over for her to see what was going on. she said she didn't know so she decided to turn the machine off she said it would go right back to where it was that was a winning hand. Luckily before she turn machine off I took a picture right IN front off her. it reboots back to my free spins but no more wining hand not paying so I hit it again I won a hand off $8 another had of $24 then again another winning hand does not pay me. I took another picture clerk saw me. She said she didn't know why that was happening and if we called the techs it takes forever. I couldn't stay that long, I live across town. She said she was going to report the accident, I went back on Friday the day shift clerks told me nothing was reported I have the prove of the pay out and the pictures that clearly show my free spins the machine not paying and the amount I am betting, I have been a loyal player at dotty's. But what happened that day needs to be taking care off. kindly assist me with this situation. Resolution Sought I would like to get paid for my winning hands I play a lot of money at dotty" s and the machine not paying very bad I don't want to think that machine are set up to malfunction when they are about to hit very convening. I will wait for a response hope you guys take care of it,. I have the pictures and the clerk for that evening is a witness on what happened she need to report the incident.
