Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Dr. Carson has helped lower and stabilized my blood pressure.

I have had hypertension for over 25 years and was taking medication. Since Dr. Viviane Carson's 3 treatments and utilization of her tools, my blood pressure has normalized! Not only has she helped normalize my pressure but also 33 other areas such as better sleep, no more brain fog, managing stress better, no more physical pain in my back, neck, headaches and feet, increased energy and positive thinking to name a few. It is essential to follow Dr. Carson's supportive guidance and follow her unique tools which I did. The outcome was extremely positive.
