My 85 year old mother's doctor closed her office and my mother had to find a new physician. We chose Dr Flowers and our nightmare began. At her first visit my mother sat for nearly 4 1/2 hours waiting for the doctor. When my mother's caretaker asked if there had been an emergency, reasoning that was why there was an absurd wait, she was the norm. There was pure chaos in the entire visit even down to continuing my mother's physical therapy. After that I had decided I would find a different doctor for my mother but the issues did not end with that visit. About a week later, my caretaker takes my mother to her PT and the staff had been told by Dr. Flowers office that my mother was dead. To say the least this was a surprise since my mother was alive a well. The PT staff were so upset. Then I, her daughter got a call from Dr. Flowers office asking if my mother was dead? I was absolutely furious and said this had better be fixed right now. Unfortunately after being promised it would be fixed over and over again we continued to find out they had not fixed it. The final blow was when my mother was rushed to the hospital, a hospital my mother had gone to for years. They could not check her In Or treat her because Dr. Flowers had sent her records as deceased. There was my mother, needing medical help, and she could not be treated after being promised that they could not tell anyone she was deceased without a death certificate. AND THERE WAS NO DEATH CERTIFICATE! This
