The company has a line on their monthly bills where you can add additional funds on top of what you owe. It reads "add here, to help others with a contribution to Share the Light". My problem is that they are phrasing it like you're helping those in need, when really you are paying a large companies accounts receivable/ doubtful accounts. This is framed to take advantage of elderly and people who are oblivious. This isn't a fair business practice and is misleading in how it's presented.
