Technician was rude, caustic, and argumentative.

Should the Technician be reflective of Dunn Rite's demeanor and competency, they do not belong to be in the service business. My HVAC problem was not permitted to be subject of discussion. The Tech had a "take it or leave it" approach without any discussion or consideration of my input. Further, he was insulting and told me to take my business elsewhere. Wow! All I wanted was my problem to be fixed with a fundamental understanding of the repair.

unlicensed contractor

This company has a suspended contractors license for being sued and not paying the judgement. It has been suspended for around 2 years now. Stay far away from this company
