Terrible business practices

I spent my very precious advertising dollars on the front page of the Health and Longevity magazine that was supposed to be released when the new Crest Foods store opened. I planned the opening of my new store to launch right after the Crest so my advertising would be immediate. I was assured by the sales rep that it would be released by the opening or very soon thereafter. That deadline was missed and when I called I was told that it would be the first week in December. I called my sales rep who basically did not care and then failed multiple times to even return calls. I called back the first week of December and was told that the magazine was in print and would be in before Christmas. Christmas came and went and now it is almost Jan 1st and I have totally missed out on the busy shopping season and wasted my money which I counted on being a small business owner. I am now told that the magazine is in proofing...Is that not what comes before print? So I was totally lied to in early December. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! WASTE OF MONEY! Now I have to suffer through after spending my advertising dollars on this company and received nothing for it during the busiest shopping season of the year and try to earn more money and hope to not get ripped off again. Oh and they do not seem to care.
