Unfair business practices!!

This bank held the title of our truck hostage for over 30 days despite the payment clearing in the first 5. They claim they could legally hold the title as long as we were behind on any other account although we had in fact caught up on the other account but they missed it. After arguing for 25 minutes with the file clerk she claims she will mail it now. She apologized but then acted like she was going outside the rules.
Also, we were told for 2 weeks it had been mailed back in September.
What are they doing to their customers?

Dont do business with them

They have a way of ripping you off and trying to be legit about it , how do you charge your customer 7 overdrafts charges and they started when i had money in the bank but they are trying to cover it up over pending transactions which is total bs my end showed no pending transactions except 1 on friday night everything had cleared well by saturday someone got in there and rearranged the transactions and then hit me with 7 overdraft charges now the kicker is at that time I was only negative the overdraft fees .
