I don't want these people to ever contact me again

If Eastside credit would have given me a chance I would have paid them 73.16 just 2 or 3 days I would have my funds. Instead when they called me they pressured me and harassed me to pay them so I did and hit me with a late charge. They will report this to the credit score company and it hurt my credit score. I am doing my in paying my bills. I am in a hardship financial situation and I want you guys to know I always pay my bills. I believe and I know they were unfair -it was unfair when they hit me with that 25$ fee late charge.and I know for a fact now when I finish paying them off I will never go back to them
