Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Horrible

Sent broken appliance and then would not cooperate on fixing it or sending a new one. Have to return for refund. Warranty changes the way they want it to. Will not send out a copy of the warranty to me so that I have a copy to refer to, have to go by what they say. Not happy with this company or the products at all.
