Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This is the worse company I have ever heard of! They lie they make you think they are working for you then you get a bill. They have been and are still telling me they are working for me. They are not even a insurance company they work for enterprise. How did I get a bill from there demage recovery department for $10,761.42 for the rental car if I wasn't 100 at fault. See for there purposes. My car was 100 at fault but for the third party that they will have to pay they are still investigating! The damage recovery said I owe because third party won't pay for the at fault! Who is lying? All I know is I have a bill for $10,761.42, where is there bill!!!!!!
