I have been going back and forth with them over the phone for 2 months with a broken refrigerator that is ruining my food every time they send someone out to attempt to fix it! I have called them 8 times and had 6 different repair technicians come out with no success and yet they still give me the run around and say they will send someone else. That is their solution and it is to the point where people are refusing to come out to look at it again and again and again. Last time I called them the lady I spoke with refused to let me speak to a manger and said she is only going to tell you the same thing I am telling you. I purchased this unit within the last 12 months and at this point I feel like they are dragging it out so they don't have to replace a defective product when the manufacturer warranty is over. Highly upset and irritated with this company! Resolution Sought I would like for them to just honor the 1 year manufacturer warranty and replace the unit that is obviously not able to be fixed.
