Defective product, Electrolux refuses to communicate or service warranty.

Buy at your own risk! My Frigidaire refrigerator keeps food cool, but has some electrical problems with the lighting. The service visit from Frigidaire/Electrolux did not resolve the problem, and then the company ignored all contact by phone, email, online chat and physical mail for months. Might seem minor, but it stands to reason that they will not be eager to service major issues under warranty, either. Apparently, the strategy is to deflect until the warranty expires. If you purchase this appliance, be sure you have someone in the family able to perform electrical repair.
