The staff at the Montgomery AL location isn't helpful towards everyone the same. The process is long and slow, and they only help certain race get on a job quick (whites). It's not fair to have us write down all our information, have a interview, watch videos, take the drug and background test and still don't hear anything from this company. I want them to do better with helping all races not just certain race. Speed up the process make calls out to inform people on what's going on after getting people's personal business and stop making long excuses every time I called or come in person.
