I would like it if employers actually communicated with their employees

I gave notice that I had an doctor's appointment and the agency wanted proof of a doctor's note. I sent proof to my employer tree top and they were supposed to send it to Elwood staffing from there. When Erin Oltman from Elwood contacted me she told me not to return to work because I failed to show proof of the doctor's note and she fired me from Elwood also. I was told documents were submitted but instead I was fired by Erin for no apparent reason. I would like it if employers actually communicated with their employees instead of firing them on the spot for no apparent reason. I was told to do one thing but still ended up getting fired
