Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They did a spectacular job and I could not find anybody better. Their prices are reasonable. I rate them 10 stars!

Emergency Response Electric are wonderful. They did a spectacular job and I could not find anybody better. Their prices are reasonable. They were conscientious and very good at communicating what was going on and what the next procedure was going to be. In the process of rewiring the house, they found evidence of fire damage that we did not have any clue about. We are lucky we did not lose the house. Romo, Julian and all the workers were excellent. We are very satisfied with the job. I will certainly recommend them when occasion arises. I rate them 10 stars!
