I purchased products from them to start a business with them and according to them, that is the way if you want to do the business. Even though I placed the order on 05/27/2023, I received the last order ending of June. I got sick and realized I couldn't do it. I contact them by phone and later through emails. They asked me to get a doctor's note but they said because the way the doctor put it they were not accepting the products and it was out of their return period. I was able to returned their products. The refund they wanted me to speak to them but I wanted bbb los angeles to still be in the picture since I was talking to them and they were playing with me. Suddenly, they stop communicating with bbb los angeles too. My $10,186.00 is still with this company. They are saying I returned the products without even notifying them which is not true, Resolution Sought Get my refund. They received their products on the 11/20/2024. Over three months now.

Per consumer states; I am going to give you an update on Enagic USA. I received my March bank statement and I was that the balance in it was a little more than what I know it to be. I log in and saw that they have returned an amount of $ 447.03 on March 4th, 2024 and on March 5th, 2024 an amount of $806.67 into my account. I do not check this account until I get a statement from them. I found this necessary to let you know what is happening. Once again, thank you for your help.
