Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Environmental Solar has poor Customer Service

I had this company install a solar pool heater about 6 years ago and I am not happy at all with the quality nor with their customer service. I had other companies come by to fix their work. Well, I called them over a week ago about a leaky valve and they told me they needed to coordinate with my pool guy so I gave them his number. They never called him. So I had him call the company. He told them about the leaky valve and asked that they come out to check the computer panel out to make sure all was well - they responded that they charge $ 125.00 (which they never told me about). They stuck to that even though MOHR would come out and check out my system for free. A word to the wise - check out a companies record of providing follow up and customer service before you spend hard earned money on installation. I will NEVER recommend Environmental Solar.
