Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The home should be condemned and torn down.

Bought a home with them on land contract. Was told that the house needs very minor electrical work. But come to find out, it needed $26,000 done. Also the basement walls are cover in black mold that was painted over and it was spreading throughout the house.
