Hello Jeremy We apologize if you were unhappy with the property. We would like to clarify that when we offer the house, we always inform the interested parties that the house is a Fixer-Upper. That means that the house requires repairs before someone can move in. Prior to the sale, we let the interested parties do the necessary inspections and visits to the house so that the buyers are sure of what they are going to buy, in your case the sales representative told you that it was important to do an electrical inspection to which you communicated that the person who was moving in with you was an electrician so that there would be no problem. Additionally, in the Land Contract, you were informed that "Property to be sold" AS IS ", information that you acknowledge and initialed of consent. When it became clear that you could not provide the repairs that the house required, we voided your past due bills and provided you with an $ 830 cash for keys to help you get established in a new place that you acknowledged and received on 8/21/2019. It is EasyHomes mission to help more families be able to live in their own recovered homes and improve their neighborhoods. We allow as many visits and inspections as required prior to purchasing. We always make known that our homes will need various amounts of repair before moving in but we sell them at a greatly reduced price to help offset some of the costs as well as being one of the few companies out there that do not require a credit check before purchasing a home thus opening the door of homeownership to many more people that banks would normally turn away.
